Born and raised in Corfu, Greece (1998)
I am a hospitality and travel technology professional with over six years of experience driving commercial growth through technology, data, and innovation. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Business College of Athens, graduating with First Class Honours, and an MBA from the University of Plymouth, completed with Distinction through a full academic scholarship. My academic and professional journey reflects a consistent focus on strategic development, digital transformation, and the application of advanced technologies within the hospitality and tourism ecosystem.

Recent Experience

From 2023 to 2024, I worked as an Account Manager at Booking.com, managing a portfolio of approximately 380 hotel partners across Mykonos, Rhodes, and Athens, with a primary focus on revenue management consulting and commercial optimization. Prior to this, from 2022 to 2023, I was a founding member of the Greek chapter of Holidu, Europe’s largest property management company, where I played a key role in establishing the Greek office and contributing to the onboarding and management of the first 1,000 hotels and alternative accommodations nationwide. My entrepreneurial experience includes founding Mappins, a travel technology startup incubated by Egg by Eurobank, offering personalized trip itineraries powered by agentic AI, where I led all commercial and go-to-market activities. Across my career, I have developed strong expertise in direct sales, business development, negotiation, contracting, revenue management, online hotel distribution, hotel marketing, and AI-driven hospitality solutions.
